The OCFF has some additional useful services and marketing tools for both artists and presenters attending the conference.

The OCFF is accepting promotional items to be included in reusable delegate bags. This is a great opportunity to get creative with your promotional insert and get it into the hands of all of our delegates (875 in 2010!). We are working hard to cut down on waste; practical, environmentally friendly concepts are encouraged.

All promotional inserts must arrive at the OCFF office by 5:00 p.m., on or before Friday, October 7, 2011. Please write "Delegate Bag Insert" on the package and send to:

Cost to include up to 900 units of product/promotional material: $50.00 plus HST

Payment can be made with Visa or Mastercard; call Jennifer Ellis at 613-560-5997 or toll-free at 1-866-292-6233. Payment must be received before items will be included in the delegate bags.

The OCFF again offered drop boxes for festivals, organizations, or others who wish to solicit and collect performer promo packages at the conference.

Performers may store their equipment on-site with the FREE, volunteer-run, instrument lock-up service. There will be NO instrument lock-up overnight and the OCFF will not be held liable for any stolen or damaged items.
