The OCFF has some additional useful services for both artists and presenters attending the conference.

The OCFF will again offer drop boxes for festivals, organizations, or others who wish to solicit and collect performer promo packages at the conference. Artists should limit their package to a one page bio and CD only.

The OCFF is offering access to presenters and the music industry through the Flash Your Folk flash drive promotional opportunity. Participating artists will submit a maximum of three songs, along with promotional material (picture and bio) to be included on the Flash Your Folk drives. The drives will be distributed to selected presenters shortly after the conference.

Performers may store their equipment on-site with the FREE, volunteer-run, instrument lock-up service, operating from morning through the last showcases of the night. There will be NO instrument lock-up overnight. Please note that the OCFF will not be held liable for any stolen or damaged items.
